By using our services, you agree to this policy.
1. Revision Eligibility
Textworkers provides unlimited revisions at no additional cost under the following specific conditions:
1.1. Spelling or Punctuation Errors: If a spelling or punctuation error is identified in the delivered content that was overlooked by our editorial process.
1.2. Omitted Requested Sections: If a section or information explicitly requested by the Client via the project request form on their dashboard prior to the commencement of writing is not included in the delivered content.

Revisions beyond these conditions—including but not limited to changes in scope, style, or additional content not originally requested—are not covered under this unlimited revision policy and may incur additional fees, subject to mutual agreement.
2. Revision Request Process
2.1. Submission: Clients must submit revision requests through their account dashboard on the Textworkers website within five (5) business days of content delivery.
2.2. Details Required: Requests must clearly specify the spelling or punctuation error(s) or the omitted section(s) previously requested, referencing the original project submission.
2.3. Processing: Textworkers shall address eligible revision requests promptly, with no additional charge, until the identified errors or omissions are corrected to the Client’s satisfaction.

3. Refund Policy
3.1. Non-Delivery: Refunds shall be issued solely in the event that Textworkers fails to deliver the agreed-upon content within a reasonable timeframe, as determined by the estimated turnaround time specified on the PayPal invoice issued to the Client.
3.2. Refund Amount: In such cases, the refund shall be limited to the full amount paid for the undelivered project.
3.3. No Other Refunds: Refunds shall not be provided for dissatisfaction with content, completed deliveries, or any other circumstance beyond non-delivery within a reasonable timeframe. Instead, Clients are encouraged to utilize the unlimited revision process outlined in Section 1.

Textworkers distinguishes itself by offering unlimited revisions for eligible issues at no additional cost, far exceeding industry standards. This commitment ensures that Clients receive content free of spelling or punctuation errors and inclusive of all requested sections, as specified prior to writing, without incurring extra fees for corrections.
5. Limitations
5.1. Revision requests submitted after the five (5) business day window following delivery may not be honored under this policy.
5.2. Textworkers reserves the right to deny revision requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 1.

6. Amendments
Textworkers may update this Revisions Policy at its discretion. Any changes will be posted on textworkers.com with the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
