As a part of our service, we offer free unlimited revisions. Here, we clarify our revisions policy, including what constitutes a revision, how to request a revision, and how revisions work.

What is a revision?

A revision is a correction.

It is when we correct a mistake that may have made it past our editors. A mistake may be a typo, a grammar error, a punctuation error, or something that you said you wanted to be included in the content but was left out by mistake.

What about new information I want to be added?

If you would like new information added to your content, this is called an addition. This is not a revision.

If you would like specific information added to your content, please let us know when you place your order. Once your content has been written, edited, and delivered to you, it is complete.

We have no problem adding new information to your content after it has been delivered, but this comes at an additional charge.

How do I request a revision?

Revision requests can be made quickly and easily via email. To request a revision, simply send an email to [email protected] and tell us what you would like revised. You can also reach out to us via live chat.

Revisions are always fast and free.

How long do revisions take?

We rarely get revision requests. But when we do, revisions are usually made in about a day.

Is there a time limit for revision requests?

Yes, there is a time limit. Revision requests must be made within 7 days of content delivery. However, for volume orders, you may request an extension of this time frame before writing begins and we will negotiate a fair time frame to request revisions.

What specifically does NOT constitute a revision?

If you received your content and would like additional information added, this is not covered by our revisions policy. This can be accommodated but it is an additional charge.

How much do you charge for additions?

We charge our normal price per word for new content.

If you would like new content added to your content, please let us know through your support page.

Tell us about the information you want to be added and we’ll provide you with a small quote for the addition. We will bill you via electronic invoice (EI).
